Manlius Police

Feb. 10

Douglas Simmons, 45, of Syracuse, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.

Feb. 17

Marciano Ogando, 49, of Syracuse, was charged with two counts of second-degree menacing, two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree menacing, reckless endangerment of property and was held on $5,000 bail.

Feb. 20

Mark Brown, 26, of Cazenovia, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment.

Feb. 22

Matthew Corrice, 34, of Commandant Way, Manlius, was charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Christopher Hillanbrand, 22, of Highbridge Street, Fayetteville was charged with second-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

Feb. 25

Farsaci, Nicholas, 18, of Manlius Center Road, Manlius was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

Staccy Royer, 42, of Chittenango, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Feb. 26

Daryl Davis, 48, of Rinaldo Boulevard, Bridgeport, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating without inter-lock.

Feb. 28

Michael Brown, 29, of South Street, Jamesville, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

East Syracuse Police

Feb. 20

Timothy Bowman, 25, of West Yates Street, East Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and tow other infractions.

Feb. 22

Matthew Arnold, 23, of East Syracuse, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree falsely reporting an incident.

Feb. 24

Lance Lapoint, 33, of Syracuse, was charged with resisting arrest and third-degree criminal trespassing.

Feb. 29

Steven Solitto, 23, of Liverpool, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

March 1

Michael Johnson, 23, of Terrace Street, East Syracuse, was charged with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment.

DeWitt Police

Feb. 21

Kevin Fietze, 19, of Washburn Drive, East Syracuse, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.
