continued Yoga for kids
This is the premier yoga program for children with Julie Daniel. This program helps children exercise their bodies while exercising their mind and creates the ultimate learning adventure while helping youths de-stress. Children develop strong, healthy bodies, foster creative expression, increase focus and attention span, cultivate self-esteem and develop awareness and respect for themselves, as well as the world around them. Storytelling, music, reading, art and fun yoga poses come together to develop the whole child. This five-week class (for youth 5 to 10 years old) will be held from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays from July 11 to Aug. 8 at AM/PM Yoga Source Studio, State Street in Phoenix.
Junior tennis lessons
Group lessons for youth from 5 to 15 years old will be offered at the beginner and intermediate level for four, one-hour lessons over a four-week period on Mondays and Wednesdays (morning and evening lessons available).
