LETTERS: CPF President responds to column wondering if Cazenovia has ‘lost its mojo’

Unfortunately, those efforts — and the attempts of others in the community — did not persuade Muraco or the planning board.

Neither CPF nor others were able to prevent the Cazenovia Town Planning Board from voting as it did May 3. But that doesn’t mean Cazenovia has lost its mojo. The planning board vote just highlights the need for increased focus and additional protection of the town of Cazenovia’s important resources.

CPF will continue to promote its mission and will be working with community leaders and others to strengthen the commitment to protecting Cazenovia’s historic resources.

Carlos Gavilondo

President, Cazenovia Preservation Foundation
