At Silver Fox Senior Social Club, our members love sitting outside on the beck deck overlooking the Seneca River and enjoying the outdoors. Meg, a naturalist at Beaver Lake Nature Center in Baldwinsville, discussed a wide variety of programs offered to seniors. Beaver Lake is offering weekly tours on their NOWmobile. You can go enjoy the breathtaking scenery, trails and wildlife that Beaver Lake provides on their quiet electric vehicle. The NOWmobile is designed to connect people with limited mobility to the compelling wilderness that is alive and ever inviting at Beaver Lake. The tours begin in June from 1:30 to 3 p.m. and 10:30 a.m. to noon in July; the price is $2.50 per person. Get out and enjoy the day while providing your body with the freshness of the outdoors and your mind and soul with the beauty of the greenery, wildlife and bird life.

Abbotts Farm in Baldwinsville is also a great way to experience the outdoors. They just started strawberry season, which soon turns into blueberry and raspberry season.
