June 10

Seth Dwelly, 19, of Palmer Road, Manlius, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content greater than .o8 percent, passing a red light and inadequate muffler.

East Syracuse Police

June 11

Brian Honors, 53, of East Avenue, Minoa, was charged with driving while intoxicated and DWI with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent.

June 12

Harmony Smith, 36, of West Yates Street, East Syracuse, was charged with third-degree attempted robbery.

June 13

Kenneth Miller Jr., 31, of Syracuse, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, loud muffler and unlicensed operator.

DeWitt Police

May 23

Linda Thomas, 49, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

June 1

Michael Truax, 42, of Hemingway Road, DeWitt, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

June 4

Steven Smith, 31, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny.

Marcus Pinckney, 20, of Syracuse, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt.

June 5

Prentiss Jefferson, 35, of Syracuse, was charged with obstruction of airway and second-degree harassment.

June 6

Lyndon Ramsey, 23, of Syracuse, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment.

Lazaro Martinez, 21, of Alpine Drive, DeWitt, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance.

June 10

Nathaniel Richardson, 41, of Syracuse, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

June 14

Patricia Thomas, 55, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.
