— Cub Scouts from the Bear Den of Pack 234 celebrate after planting two weeping cherry trees in the sensory garden outside the Aspen House in Radisson. With instruction from Pat Rickard, garden consultant for the Radisson Community Association, the Cub Scouts learned how to properly dig the hole, slice open the root ball, place it in the hole and backfill the hole with top soil. Pack 234 donated one of the two trees as part of its continuing efforts to give back to the community. The Radisson Community Association is the chartering organization for Pack 234. Participating Cub Scouts included (from left) Colin Delaney, Emmett Sullivan, Ben Stisser, Spencer Randolph, Michael Sabatino and Spencer Wagner.
