[VIDEO] Fayetteville Free Library offers 'live music of all sorts'

— Reading and books have been part of Dave Pierce’s life since he was a boy.

So he says in a new video produced by the Fayetteville Free Library called “My Library My Story: Music,” which highlights the library’s offerings beyond books.

“It delights me to find live music of all sorts at the library,” the local jazz trombonist says in the video. “Occasionally, I’ve even been invited to play along with the musicians.”

The video features images of recent the Stan Colella Orchestra performing at the library this spring, and of Ronnie Leigh singing at the library-sponsored Fayetteville Jazz concert in Beard Park last summer.
