May 16

Deborah Washington, 43, of Syracuse, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and was held on $5,000 bail.

Ciera LeFlore, 22, of Syracuse, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and was held on $25,000 bail.

May 17

Kenneth Green-Edwards, 25, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no brake lights and unlicensed operator.

May 19

George Everson, 19, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, passing a stop sign and unlicensed operator.

May 23

Michael Sacco, 44, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Adam Messere, 32, of East Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

May 28

Dale Harp, 61, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, one headlamp operational and unlicensed operator.

Lacey Fontaine, 21, of Syracuse, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and first-degree falsifying business records.

Shannon Trent, 24, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Adam Messere, 32, of W. Ellis, East Syracuse, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, insecure plate, improper plates, uninspected motor vehicle and passing a red signal.

David Dunbar, 44, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.
