continued The cider quickly sold to eager customers, and this year Harvest Moon is prepared for the demand with 5,000 gallons of cider in stock.
The cider is both bottled and kegged, so that customers who enjoy a glass of cider in Harvest Moon’s new tasting room can bring home a bottle or growler of one of the six available varieties.
Critz expects Harvest Moon to expand with its participation in the Cazenovia Beverage Trail, a partnership among Critz Farms, the forthcoming Cazenovia branch of Empire Brewery, Owera Vineyards and Good Nature Brewery in Hamilton.
The purpose of the partnership will be to make Cazenovia, as well as Hamilton, attractive destinations for wine, cider and beer enthusiasts.
Harvest Moon Cider is available in their tasting room at Critz Farms, as well as on tap at Empire Brewery in Syracuse and at the Brae Loch Inn in Cazenovia.
