Burton Street students treat Principal Dubik to lunch

— Over the last school year, third graders at Burton Street Elementary School earned points based on how many pages they read.

If the students were able to reach their goal, they earned lunch with Cazenovia Central School District Superintendent Bob Dubik. The students also had to prepare a written summary of each book.

After reaching their goal, Dubik paid the students a visit and sat down with them for lunch.

The students who got the chance to eat with the superintendent were: Slater DeLeon, Cashel Hathaway, Justin Kumeiga, Aidan Simms, Daniel Lines, Regan Dauenhauer, Dylan Albicker, Kylie Burnett, Charlie Thompson, Morgan Hopsicker, Megan Lawton, Jacob Ives, Carter Williams, Molly Hart, Carley Lounsbury, Olivia Emerson, Helena Bonavita, Emily Knapp, Jenna Steinberg, Eva Gagnon, Maddie Waite, Adam Thomson, Logan Comfort, Grace Degeilh, Nova Berger, Cassidy Jarvis, Alex Everard, Elora Wilmot and Holly Grant.
