Jan. 20

Jeremy Clapper, 19, of Syracuse, was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of motor vehicles and alcoholic beverage control violation.

A 17-year-old resident of Hartwell Avenue, East Syracuse, was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of motor vehicles and alcoholic beverage control violation.

Feb. 6

A 16-year-old Spring Mourtan Road, East Syracuse, resident was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and making graffiti.

A 17-year old Chittenango resident was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and making graffiti.

Feb. 7

Nathaniel Ben-Simon, 23, of Warren Street, Fayetteville, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Colleen Byrne, 24, of Warren Street, Fayetteville, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Roderick Williams, 48, of Syracuse, was charged with second-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Feb. 8

Charles Spears, 61, of Summerhaven Drive, East Syracuse, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of greater than 0.18.

Posquale Madonna, 52, of Ash lane, Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree harassment.

Feb. 9

Ryan Bell, 19, of Verbeck Drive, Manlius, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Brian McCartney, 38, of Edgerten Street, Minoa, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jeffrey Goodnow, 58, of Dawley Road, Fayetteville, was charged with petit larceny.

Feb. 10

Douglas Simmons, 45, of Syracuse, was charged with sixteen counts of second-degree aggravated harassment.

John Charima, 63, of Highland Avenue, East Syracuse, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of greater than 0.18 and three other infractions.

Joseph Bennett, 24, of Batavia, N.Y., was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, petit larceny and fourth-degree grand larceny.

Feb. 11

Joshua Bilinski, 21, of North Road, Jamesville, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Feb. 13

Michael Epolito, 19, of Ladd Road, Bridgeport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
