The indoor mall of Driver’s Village, specifically “Center Court,” continues to be abuzz with local community event activity.
This past Jan. 15 we hosted what was billed as the largest Bridal Show in Syracuse. It was a complete success for everyone involved.
The Girl Scouts and their families returned once again for their Powder Puff – Grand Prix Race on Jan. 28 and Feb. 4. It was so much fun and excitement for both young and the young at heart.
On Saturday, Feb. 11 the traditional YMCA Folks March will take place for the first time at Driver’s Village as an “Indoor Walk.” The idea came about, as many individuals prefer to walk in a safe and warm environment, and lends itself to mall walking. In fact, we continue to see many new faces on a daily basis taking advantage of the delightful atmosphere inside the mall at Driver’s Village to safely walk no matter what the weather holds. Check out the Folksmarch Website at: downtownsyracuseymca.org (click on Programs, then the Folksmarch logo).
