Magnarelli to hold NYS budget information meetings

— Assemblyman Bill Magnarelli has scheduled four community information nights including a town of Van Buren meeting to be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. March 8 at the town hall, corner of Van Buren and Ellsworth roads.

The assemblyman holds these meetings to coincide with the NYS budget process so that his constituents can ask questions and voice their opinions on the governor’s proposed budget prior to the assembly voting. Magnarelli covers the 120th district, which includes the city of Syracuse, the town of Geddes and the town of Van Buren.

Other meetings are scheduled as follows:

6:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 9, Lincoln Middle School Cafeteria, 1613 James St., Syracuse

6:30 to 8 p.m. March 1 Clary Middle School cafeteria, 100 Amidon Drive, Syracuse

6:30 to 8 p.m. March 7, Geddes Town Hall, 1000 Woods Road, Solvay
