Pittman was second in the individual long jump with 14' 7 1/4", teaming with Henderson for fourth place overall. Hannah Dain and Kortney Burdin were third in the shot put with combined throws of 50'11" as Dain and Maggie Namy took fourth in the weight throw.
Over in the MVITA boys meet, Cazenovia gained 26 points for fifth place, far away from the duel at the top as Clinton (111 points) held off Rome Free Academy (93 points) for the top prize.
Cameron Braathen was second in the shot put, heaving it 42' 8", and he teamed with Reed Lucas to win that event with 76' 7", seven inches ahead of Clinton. Braathen and Ryan O'Herrion were third in the weight throw with 71' 4".
Casey Fenton and Brody Kellish rose to third in the triple jump, combining to leap 69' 9 1/2" between them. Chittenango, led by Lucas Rogers and Isaac Czarnecki (third and fifth, individually), earned second place in the 1,000 in 5:58.82, ahead of Cazenovia in the fifth spot.
The Bears also got fourth place in the 600 as Rogers was fourth among individuals, just ahead of Cazenovia's Sean Satchwell in fifth as his side got sixth place, with Chittenango adding a fifth in the 3,200-meter run and high jump. The Lakers were also sixth in the 200 and seventh in the 55 sprint.
