Baldwinsville Alum Dan Frigolette performs stand-up comedy this past October at Caroline's Comedy Club in New York City.

— Just three weeks later, Frigolette headlined the legendary Caroline’s Comedy Club, which is home stage to comedy greats like Jerry Seinfeld, Louis CK, Chris Rock and many more. Frigolette's comedy resume includes writing for College Humor, being featured in Time Out NY, Hmag and on TLC.

This December you can find him at the CNY Jazz Arts Foundation with fellow locals Moody McCarthy and Jessimae Peluso performing in an adult-targeted show with Stand-Up Comedy as the focus and at the Palace Theatre for a family-friendly night of comedy with Syracuse Stunt Comedian Wacky Chad and Comedy Magician Wade Live.

For the adults, Frigolette combines his sharp biting wit into honest depictions of awkward situations he constantly finds himself in. Coupled with the comedy veteran Moody McCarthy, who was featured on The Late Show with David Letterman earlier this year, and Jessimae Peluso’s loveable energy and on-point portrayals of life, this show is a must see. And, with four performances (two per night, Dec. 21 and 22) at the CNY Jazz Central Theatre (441 East Washington St.), you have every opportunity to catch the action live.

If you’re looking for a more family friendly show for the grandparents and children this holiday, Frigolette can appease your needs too. On Dec. 29 at the Palace Theatre (James Street in Eastwood), Frigolette will emcee a night full of improv comedy, magic and comedic stunts performed by the best Syracuse has ever seen.

The talent at this show includes Wacky Chad who has been voted as a fan favorite for his mix of hilarious stand-up comedy and unusual blend of tricks, stunts and humor, and CNS’s Wade Live who has toured across the world performing his unique blend of hilarious high-jinx, gut busting comedy, magic and illusions.

“One of the real joys I find in this business of entertaining strangers is the rare opportunity I get to fill my audience with familiar faces,” Frigolette said of his multitude of options to see him live this holiday season in Syracuse.
