I’ll make it brief.
Due to budgetary concerns beyond my control, I am no longer obligated to submit a column to the Cazenovia Republican.
It has been a great run, with no regrets. I want to thank you all for reading and commenting — not always in agreement.
It’s been a privilege and an honor to be able to contribute my insights and concerns on a weekly basis to this town that I love. And though I feel that I have more to give, on this anniversary of John Lennon’s death where I was only a few blocks away at the time walking the Manhattan streets to witness the great Christmas tree, I realize that I am less than a tiny leaf on the universal evergreen of life. You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one.
So farewell to all, enjoy the holidays and have a great new year.
Remember, it only matters what you do, not what you say or what you get caught at.
And we’re all in this thing together.
