Paul de Lima coffee: A hometown product to be proud of

— The Paul de Lima slogan is, as I learned at the store, “The best days begin with the best coffee,” and, happily, that coffee is a true Syracuse original. Visit delimacoffee.com to learn more about the company. One last bit of trivia I happened upon: Paul de Lima also manufactures private label products, coffees sold under other corporate labels; for example they produce the Godiva brand coffees packaged in the familiar shiny gold bags. Maybe they produced the coffee I so loved in our former hometown; the two coffees certainly taste the same. Whether they do or they don't, I know I've found a new favorite, and enjoy bringing friends and family to the store and museum whenever we have guests. Their special holiday hours are now from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays.
