Skaneateles — Victory Sports Enterprises LLC has requested an adjournment for the Town Zoning Board of Appeals public hearing continuance scheduled for 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, until another regularly-scheduled meeting of the ZBA, the board has announced. The request was made to allow VSM time to respond to requests for information made by the Town Planning Board at its meeting of Nov. 27.
The ZBA has decided to allow the adjournment until a later ZBA meeting, however, recognizing the magnitude of public interest in the issue, the ZBA also decided to continue the public hearing on Dec. 4 as scheduled in order to hear interested parties concerning the variance requested. The board will then continue the public hearing to another date to allow VSM and its representatives to present response information.
The Dec. 4 ZBA meeting will be held in the public meeting room at the Skaneateles Fire Hall. It is open to the public.
