Connor Frank, 19, of McClenthen Road, Manlius, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and minor in possession of alcohol.

James Rutledge, 20, of Bentbrook Drive, Manlius, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and minor in possession of alcohol.

Almir Alemic, 19, of Sherbrook Drive, Manlius, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and minor in possession of alcohol.

July 22

Jaime Graves, 35, of Syracuse, was charged with operating with suspended registration and failure to surrender plates.

Wynstine Williams, 28, of Salina, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Matthew Esposito, 19, of Churchill Lane, Fayetteville, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

July 24

Jeffrey Kelly, 23, of Esther Street, Minoa, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Cheyenne Longtin, 19, of Esther Street, Minoa, was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and second-degree harassment.

Bud Frigon, 20, of Kirkville Road, Kirkville, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Michael Honsinger, 20, of Ontario, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

A 16-year-old Manlius female was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Donald Gwynne, 41, of Delphi Falls, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Jennifer Akins, 29, of Cazenovia, was charged with petit larceny.

Lukas Vogt, 18, of Stephanie Drive, Manlius, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

July 30

Robert McGee, 55, of Pleasant Street, Manlius, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and exposure of a person.
