April 2

Marwan Marji, 42, of Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

April 4

August George, 19, of Palmer Road, Manlius, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

April 6

Juleen Rank, 50, of Clay, was charged with petit larceny.

Bret Frigen, 20, of N. Kirkville Road, Kirkville, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

April 7

Salvatore Sparccino, 42, of Innsbrook Road, East Syracuse, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of greater than 0.08 percent.

April 8

Peter Wilson, 20, of W. Ellis Street, East Syracuse, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Claudio Przepiora, 25, of Syracuse, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Alexander Bethmam, 19, of Winding Creek Road, Manlius, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Jasmine Pryor, 33, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Ashley Malchlovitch, 20, of Liverpool, was charged with petit larceny.

April 12

Darlene Walsh, 52, of Chittenango, was charged with petit larceny.

April 13

Douglas Ballou, 27, of Genesee Turnpike, Fayetteville, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating of a motor vehicle with a cell phone.

April 14

Christine Radiqon, 32, of Cleveland Boulevard, Fayetteville, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of greater than 0.08 percent and two other infractions.

April 15

Frank Daqostino, 30, of Syracuse, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Daniel Maghs, 25, of Liverpool, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Jessica Belanger, 30, of Liverpool, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
