Bret Frigen, 20, of N. Kirkville Road, Kirkville, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Salvatore Sparccino, 42, of Innsbrook Road, East Syracuse, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of greater than 0.08 percent.

Christine Radiqon, 32, of Cleveland Boulevard, Fayetteville, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of greater than 0.08 percent and two other infractions.

Frank Daqostino, 30, of Syracuse, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.
Daniel Maghs, 25, of Liverpool, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Jessica Belanger, 30, of Liverpool, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
