Man exposes himself to girl in Salina

This suspect allegedly exposed himself to a young girl outside the Salina Free Library in Mattydale on Monday, April 23, before leaving the area in a newer-model, light-colored Toyota.

This suspect allegedly exposed himself to a young girl outside the Salina Free Library in Mattydale on Monday, April 23, before leaving the area in a newer-model, light-colored Toyota.

— On April 23, an unknown suspect was at the Salina Public Library, located at 100 Belmont Street, where he was seen exposing himself to a young girl. The suspect left the library as the young girl alerted an adult of the incident.

The suspect is described as a white male with scruffy facial hair. He was last seen wearing a maroon hooded sweatshirt, black knit hat and rectangular style reading glasses with metal rims. The suspect was seen leaving the library at approximately 5 p.m. in a newer-model, white or light grey Toyota.
