Owahgena Pizzeria, located at 118 Albany St., is the newest restaurant to inhabit one of Cazenovia’s oldest buildings. The business offers thin-crust pizza and a selection of other freshly-made dishes.

— The business recently made improvements to the interior space of the historic structure, as well as to the building’s exterior, having cleaned up the front of the building and added landscaping.

In addition to McGinnis, three other Cazenovia residents are currently employed at the pizzeria. As the business grows, McGinnis said he hopes the local workforce will as well.

Owahgena Pizzeria is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays. Delivery is available to Cazenovia, New Woodstock, Nelson and Erieville residents.

To contact Owahgena Pizzeria, call 655-9900 or stop in during business hours. To view the menu, see the bottom of page 9.
