A 17-year-old Lynbrook Circle, DeWitt resident was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of greater than 0.08 percent.

Brianna Mack, 18, of Syracuse was charged with petit larceny.

Allen Darley, 46, of Fly Road, East Syracuse, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Kim Phelps, 35, of Syracuse, was charged with driving with suspended registration and three other infractions.

Carol Bohland, 61, of Central Avenue, Minoa, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of greater than 0.08 percent.
