Louis Grimes, 55, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Steven Christian, 39, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Gina Angiallo, 40, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny and three counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.
