Find a congenial circle for working on your craft projects afternoons or evenings at the library. Both groups are open to new members and glad to offer advice, space and time for working on your current project. Pulling Threads meets from 10 a.m. to 2p.m. Wednesday, April 18, and In Stitches convenes at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 25.
The group meets weekly at 1 p.m. Thursdays, April 12, 19 and 26, with other jobseekers and our savvy librarian/counselor to help network and tune up your job hunting skills.
Egg-centuate the positive
Three to five year olds with an adult companion are invited to decorate an egg and make a basket to carry it in at 10 a.m. Friday, April 6, just in time for Easter weekend. Registration required.
Accelerate your learning curve
Drop in with your laptop or device (iPad, Android, smart phone) and we’ll help you get started or learn what you need to know from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Fridays, April 6, 13 and 20. Registration is not needed but be sure to bring all the needed accessories so we can tackle your dilemma.

The BTOP Grant for our public computing center allows us to offer these business seminars free of charge to you but be sure to register at the circulation desk or call 635-5631 to sign up for these useful classes. All classes are held at 7 p.m. Tuesdays and registration is required. On April 10, our instructor will help you learn the important secret of How to Generate Great Word-of-Mouth advertising. The series ends on April 17 with Eight Ways to Make Customers Love a Local Business.
