Ronald Wolsey, 47, of Cazenovia, was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Heather Wolsey, 39, of Cazenovia, was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Erik Tegtmeyer, 27, of Syracuse, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate stop lamps.

March 17

Michael Rudik, 18, of Binghamton, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to stop at stop sign and a license plate violation.

March 22

Andrea Panebianco, 30, of Cazenovia, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to breath test, consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle and moving from lane unsafely.

March 28

Natashanacole Borrero, 21, from Connecticut, was charged with petit larceny.
