From 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, St. James Catholic Church will host its annual Silent Auction.
The auction committee is currently accepting donations of furniture, household items, artwork, vacation rentals, local services, sporting tickets and much more.
Every year, members of the Cazenovia community look forward to an elegant evening at St. James Church filled with good humor, a little competition, and even better, bargains.
Attendees will enjoy complimentary wine and beer as well as fine homemade appetizers and desserts as they peruse this year’s auction items.
This fun-filled evening is your chance to gain an edge over your neighbors in this light-hearted challenge of competitive bidding. “So many people all around our community tell me they look forward to this event every year,” said Tina McPherson, this year’s Silent Auction Co-Chairperson. “It’s like the unofficial start of the holiday season.”
The annual Silent Auction is St. James’ largest fundraising event and monies gained feed back into the community to support financially charitable giving and programs throughout our community and Madison County.
For more information and to donate, please contact Juli Frazee at 655-2742 or Tina McPherson at 657-0963.
