Oct. 19

Jason Egnatowicz, 31, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Oct. 22

Sean Mydlenski, 18, of Solvay, was charged with criminal sale of marijuana, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Oct. 27

Elizabeth May, 25, of Syracuse, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Town of DeWitt

Oct. 15

Christo Mayorga, 35, of Burns Avenue, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and multiple traffic infractions.

Oct. 19

Taylor Hughes, 19, of Bruce Street, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Svitlana Semenko, 19, of Wells Drive, East Syracuse, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Oct. 23

Lisa Cobb, of Hawley Avenue, Syracuse, was charged with fifth and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Victor Schmieder, 21, of Midler Avenue, Syracuse, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. He was remanded to the Justice Center in lieu of $1,000 cash or $1,500 bond.

Town of Manlius

Oct. 9

Jeremy Grant, 28, of Syracuse, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Luke Mitchell, 25, of Syracuse, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.

John Dorschug, 27, of Syracuse, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Michael Rulison, 65, of Avriel Drive, Fayetteville, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Oct. 11

Nicholas Erard, 20, of Schepp Road, Kirkville, was charged with the growing of the plant known as cannabis by an unlicensed operation, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree conspiracy, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal trespass. He was remanded to the Justice Center in lieu of $10,000 cash or bond.

Jeffery Mancuso, 21, of Syracuse, was charged with fifth-degree conspiracy and criminal possession of stolen property.
