Baldwinsville The Baldwinsville Optimist Club’s 41st Annual Christmas Tree sales event returns Dec. 3.
Selling Christmas Trees is the club’s main fundraiser and this year’s event includes a new twist. There will be three mini raffles for a fresh Christmas tree wreath, a candy Christmas tree centerpiece and a certificate for any tree off of the lot for the 2012 season at the tree lot.
The boy scouts have also agreed to help the Optimist Club out the two weekends the tree lot is open and are eager to help visitors as well. The trees are fresh cut from a local supplier to insure the highest quality and freshness.
The Baldwinsville Optimist Club members would like to thank all those who supported the club in past years and look forward to helping visitors select their "perfect tree" this year.
The Christmas tree lot will be open from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from Dec. 3 to 18 in the Rite Aid Parking lot on Downer Street in Baldwinsville.
