East Syracuse, Manlius, DeWitt police reports ending Nov. 22

— Derrick Dano, 20, of E. Heman Street, East Syracuse, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Nov. 17

Haile Marr, 17, of Whistling Swan Lane, Manlius, was charged with criminal contempt.

Ray Williams, 48, of W. Pleasant Street, Manlius, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated.

Nov. 18

Jill Tompson, 48, of Edgerton Street, Minoa, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Emmy Jo Mesmer, 21, of Chittenango, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Nov. 20

David Aiello, 27, of Ledyard Drive, Manlius, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Nov. 21

Jason Fox, 27, of Edgewood Place, Minoa, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. Police allege he violated an order of protection.

Britney Wilsey, 19, of Chittenango, was charged with petit larceny.

Andrew Desimone, 23, of Chittenango, was charged with petit larceny.

Nov. 10

Kenneth Moye, 48, of Staten Island, was charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Bernard Slater, 32, of Moravia, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond bail.

Darryl Nottage, 49, of Alpine Drive, East Syracuse, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Mark Hubbard, 30, of East Manlius Street, East Syracuse, was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.

Nov. 13

Robert Jardin, 27, of Winchester Road, East Syracuse, was charged with criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

Luis Torres-Ruiz, 22, of Flushing, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Nov. 15

Trayneasha Davis, 19, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Nov. 16

Derek Kingdeski, 19, of Syracuse, was charged with assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
