Carlenton Phipps, 53, of Syracuse, was charged with uninspected, uninsured and unregistered vehicle and other traffic infractions.

Nov. 4

Colleen McGraw, 43, of Liverpool, was charged with petit larceny.

Patricia Bogett, 45, of Deerfield Road, East Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Johnanna McCullough, 22, of Syracuse, was charged with grand larceny.

Oct. 30

Gregory McLoughlin, 30, of North Manlius Street, Fayetteville,w as charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Nov. 1

Meghan Hughes, 20, of Troy, was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Nov. 3

Joseph Clark, 31, of Tobinlea Circle, East Syracuse, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, petit larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree criminal trespass. He’s accused of taking metal from CSX.

Nov. 5

Jeffrey Baker, 44, of Town Isle Road, Kirkville, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.

Chad Kemp, 31, of Route 298, East Syracuse, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

John Rohrberg, 33, of East Dauenhauer Street, East Syracuse, was charged with driving while intociated.

Toby Thompson, 24, of Chittenango, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Sonya Dorrance, 39, of Cazenovia, was charged with driving while intoxicated and uninspected vehicle.

Shane Bates, 22, of Salt Springs Road, Fayetteville, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

A 16-year-old Schepps Corners Road resident was charged with forgery and grand larceny.

Nov. 9

Michelle Mayes, 45, of Tinderbox Road, Manlius, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated harassment.

Steven Smith, 22, of Roberts Street, East Syracuse, was charged with growing of cannabis.

Oct. 25

Christina Cummings, 34, of Syracuse, was charged with aggravated harassment.

Oct. 27

Nicholas Pehlke, 31, of Syracuse, was charged with grand larceny.
