Anti-smoking presentation at Durgee

Anti-tobacco and anti-smoking speaker Rick Stoddard talks to students at Durgee Junior High School about the dangers of tobacco use on March 21. Stoddard visits schools around the country to share the story of his wife's deadly battle with lung cancer, which was caused by smoking, in order to prevent as many young people as possible from using tobacco. To bring Stoddard's message to its students, the junior high school partnered with Reality Check of Central New York, which is a youth led movement aimed at exposing deceptive tobacco marketing practices.
