The next time you are in the store and see a package with a picture of one of the major food groups, ask yourself: is this real food? The major food groups have their own department in the grocery store: the dairy section, for milk based products, vegetables and fruit are in the produce section; meats in the meat section and grains are in the bread section. Everything else is probably modified or imitation. The choice is yours. You can make a change and give yourself permission to gain control of your food and finances or you can continue to purchase unhealthy imitation foods.
