Burdo returned to join Eugeen Yoon, Carl Tsang and Dan Griffin to get first place in the 200 freestyle relay in 1:40.40 and. On his own, Burdo beat Hens, 2:13.02 to 2:14.06, to grab the top spot in the 200 individual medley.
Nann had his big moment in the 100 butterfly, prevailing in 1:02.39, while Drew Henry held off CNS’s Ricky Blackburn, 2:00.56 to 2:02 flat, in a tight 200 freestyle battle.
For the Northstars, Billy Werksman stood out again. He amassed 272.55 points on his way to the diving title and also prevailed in the 100 backstroke in 1:04.40, holding off Liverpool’s Marc Alessi (1:05.09) for that honor.
