Biviano claims high jump, 55 hurdles for victorious Lakers

On its way to 32 points and a sixth-place finish in the boys MVITA event, the Lakers saw David Ayer, Matt Donovan, Doyle Judge and Anthony Randino get second place in the 4x200 relay in 1:41.24, inches behind Clinton (1:41.24) for the top spot.

Dylan Muller and Brodie Kellish combined for third place in the triple jump, going 70 feet 5 ¾ inches between them. Muller, by himself, cleared 11 feet for third place in the pole vault (fifth as a team) Cazenovia added fifth-place efforts in the high jump and weight throw.

The Lakers were fourth in the 1,600 sprint medley (4:17.95) and sixth in the long jump, 4x800 and distance medley as it headed to a brief holiday break before its next MVITA meet on Friday afternoon, again at Colgate.
