— Cazenovia Junior Girl Scout Troop 111 planned a community service project for each month of this past year.

For November, they decided to collect Christmas gifts to donate to CazCares.

Thanks to Control Equipment employees, the troop’s collection was doubled, adding two additional large boxes of gifts that the employees collected at their business.

For the month of December, the girls will spread their holiday cheer and go caroling in the village.

January will find the girls helping serve lunch at the Samaritan Center soup kitchen in Syracuse, just before gearing up for this year’s cookie sale starting Jan. 11.

Community members can show their support for the charitable girls when they purchase some cookies from the troop during the annual Girl Scout cookie sale.

The junior girl scouts thank all advance.
