— Michael McBride, 42, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Carolyn Walton, 21, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Erika Frayer, 25, of Syracuse, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Nov. 23

Belinda Motoverse-Martin, 28, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Nov. 26

Charisse McGee, 43, of Syracuse, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and possession of an anti-security device.

Charles McGee, 38, of Syracuse, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, false impersonation and possession of an anti-security device.

Denise Fulwiley, 39, of Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny.

Patricia Runge, 24, of Congers, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Andrew Sands, of Winding Creek Road, Manlius, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Donald Bromley, 19, of Fayetteville-Manlius Road, Manlius, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Ryan Greenky, 20, of West Pleasant Street, Manlius, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

Darrell Weston, 28, of Warren Street, Fayetteville, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding.

Nov. 20

Gavin Garrow, 54, of Hamilton, was charged with false impersonation, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and consuming alcohol in a vehicle.

Jason Fox, 27, of Edgewood Place, Minoa, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
