New Lysander political party seeks second endorsement

— Councilor candidate Reeves has been a manager since 1995 for Reeves Farms, a 350-acre, fourth-generation family farm. Prior to that, he served for nearly 20 years in public and private sector roles in construction, facilities and maintenance. Reeves was also a fire commissioner and commission chairman for Plainville Fire Department. He has been endorsed by the Conservative Party.

Councilor candidate Shimer, currently a Baldwinsville Village Trustee, has served as an educator for nearly 20 years, teaching science at both the collegiate and high school level including SUNY-ESF, OCC and Onondaga-Cayuga-Madison County BOCES.

Justice candidate Mantione, Jr., has presided over more than 25,000 cases as either a conciliator or acting administrative law judge. He currently serves as senior attorney in adjudication for the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board in Syracuse.

All four town positions will be decided in the general election on Nov. 8.
