The Jordan-Elbridge school board will meet at 7 p.m. tonight in the high school library to discuss pending litigation. The board will start the meeting by going into executive session. The school board lost two court cases on Thursday Jan. 20 . In one case, state Supreme Court Judge Donald Greenwood ruled that the board continued to violate Open Meetings Law and must complete training. In the other, Greenwood ruled that the board must reinstate the districts fired treasurer, Anthony Sco. According to a district e-mail, the board does not plan to take any action or conduct any public business during tonight’s meeting, which remains open to the public.
