Sept. 1

John P. Adams, 17, of 237 Elm St. in Minoa, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree on Kirkville Road in DeWitt. He was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 14.

Aug. 31

Dustin A. Hills, 25, of 46276 Barnes Settlement Road in Redwood, was charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal sale of firearms in the third degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree at the DeWitt Police Department. He was held on $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond bail and was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 6.

Aug. 31

Carl E. Brown, 20, of 1806 Midland Ave. in Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny on Erie Boulevard East in DeWitt. He was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 21.

Aug. 25

Paul W. Garris, 36, of 6866 Fly Road in East Syracuse, was charged with assault in the third degree in DeWitt. He was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 7.

Aug. 24

Scott E. Barns, 41, of 407 N. Midler Ave. in Syracuse, was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree in Syracuse. He was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 7.

East Syracuse

Aug. 27

David M. Duxbury, 53, of 6782 Myers Road in East Syracuse, was charged with a bench warrant at the Onondaga County Justice Center. He was held on $1,500 cash/bond bail and was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 7.

Aug. 31

Nelson Pagan, 49, of 184 Main St. in Whitesboro, was charged with petit larceny and criminal trespassing in Whitesboro. He was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 21.

Manlius

Aug. 27

Debra M. Farsaci, 47, of 7411 Collamer Road in Manlius, was charged with menacing in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree in Manlius. She was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 14.
