Nicolas R. DeJohn, 19, of 105 Litchfield Drive in DeWitt, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and unlawful possession of marijuana in DeWitt. He was held on $2,500 cash/bond bail and was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 15.

Eileen M. Walker, 58, of 833 E. Brighton Ave. in Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny on Erie Boulevard in DeWitt. She was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 20.

Felix Y. Vontippelskirch, 20, of 155 Gifford St. in Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny on Erie Boulevard in DeWitt. He was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 27.

Tonya L. Lawson, 34, of 5 Davos Drive in Vernon, N.J., was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree on Thompson Road in DeWitt. She was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 19.

Katie M. Kavanagh, 17, of 1741 Stanley Road in Cazenovia, was charged with petit larceny in Cazenovia. She was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 19.

Allyse D. Schweitzer, 17, of 5029 City View Drive in Syracuse, was charged with petit larceny in Syracuse. She was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 19.

Oct. 9

David C. Schela, 29, of 9088 Dam Road in Deruyter, was charged with driving while intoxicated previous conviction, driving while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .08 percent, failure to stop at stop sign and improper turn without signal on Fayette Street in Manlius. He was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 14.

Oct. 6

Tramond G. Wallace, 37, of 419 E. Genesee Pkway in Syracuse, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree in DeWitt. He was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 7.
