Zumba Fitness

Zumba classes will be offered from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday nights from Oct. 7 to Nov. 18 at Palmer Elementary gymnasium. Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy to do. The goal is simple: get people to want to work out, to love working out, and get hooked. Zumba is different, effective and an aerobic workout, which works. It's also fun, which will make participants stick with the program until they get results.
