This week's Liverpool High School Senior of the Week for May 26, Arianna Dean, is a National Honor Society student. She is also a Dollars for Scholars participant.
Dean is a member of the varsity LHS cross country and golf teams and enjoys martial arts. Other than athletics, Dean plays the clarinet for the LHS Symphonic Band.
She has earned a varsity letter in cross country and golf and an academic letter and pin.
Her volunteer activities include Relay for Life and participation with the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
She is also employed at Lavallee's USA Black Belt Champions.
In her leisure time, Dean said she loves to read, see movies and go camping.
Her favorite school subjects include government and history.
Dean has plans to become a physical therapist after completing college. Her future goals have much inspiration from her parents who have continuously supported her. She they have been the biggest influence in her life.
"My parents [have influenced me] because they constantly push me to do what I love and do it the best I can," Dean said.
Dean will be attending Ithaca College in the fall.
