B'ville PNS celebrates 50 years

The Presbyterian Nursery School is celebrating its 50th anniversary.

The school was established as a mission of the church in 1959 to serve the needs of the community in creating a quality preschool experience for children ages 3, 4 and 5 years old. The program continues to emphasize its developmentally appropriate curriculum in a nurturing environment promoting physical, emotional and intellectual growth.

On Friday June 4, the school will celebrate its 50th birthday in the Christian Education Center of the Presbyterian Church at 64 Oswego St., Baldwinsville. Alumni, former teachers and families are invited to attend an ice cream social from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and share memories about their days at the Presbyterian Nursery School. Call 635-7391 for reservations.
