Oneida Police blotter

March 11

Michael A. Bombard, 18, Washington Ave. Oneida was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court on April 9 to answer to a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. He is alleged to have possessed a schedule II controlled substance.

March 12

Michael E. Romanowski, 28, Lenox Ave. Utica was arrested on charges of Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree, a class E felony and Aggravated Harrasment in the 2nd degree. He is alleged to have violated a court order. He will appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Michael J. Chamberlain Jr., 24, Lenox Ave. Oneida was issued a criminal summons to appear in Oneida City Court on March 26 to answer to a charge of Petit Larceny. Chamberlain is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Glenwood Liquor Mart.

March 10

Delmar L. Riley, 51, State Highway 12, Norwich was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol of .08 or more, and no/inadequate lights on East Main St.

March 11

Timothy G. Tormey, 56, Erieville Rd., Erieville was arrested on charges of failure to appear in court.

Matthew S. Baroody, 25, Snyder Ln., Rohnert CA was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol of .08 or more, and following to close on North Lake Rd.

March 12

Morgan E. Beach, 18, Maple Ln., Lee Center was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of alcohol person under 21, and exceeding the speed limit of 55 mph in Sullivan.

March 13

Nick M. Marothiere, 20, 10th Ave., Long Island, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and open container in Morrisville.

March 14

Jamie L. Brown, 25, Stone Barn Rd., Cleveland, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol of .08 or more, unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol of .18 or more, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and moving from a lane unsafely in Wampsville.
