B'ville Travelers Club luncheon

Forty-two members of the Baldwinsville Travelers Club gathered at their annual luncheon held May 14 at Pier 57 in Liverpool where retiring members of the board were honored for their service. Pictured (front row, from left) are President Christa DeBottis, First Vice President Florence Baur, retiring President Mary Kay Hueber, (back row, from left) Second Vice President Charlene Furbush, Secretary Nancy Haney, Treasurer Millie Sauter, Historian Peggy Bye and retiring Treasurer Marilyn Vinquist. Founded in 1896, the Travelers Club now includes members from not only Baldwinsville, but also from Liverpool, Camillus, DeWitt and Fayetteville. Each year, the club studies in detail a selected country or famous persons of particular interest to the subject. Meetings are held at 1:30 p.m. Fridays at the Baldwinsville Public Library from September through April. New members are welcome.
