The Skaneateles Music Guild will again host a stirring free summer pops concert performed by the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra on Wednesday night, July 28 at 7 p.m. in the Austin Park Pavilion on the corner of Jordan and Austin streets. Families with young children are encouraged to come early, at 6 p.m., to try out the instrument 'petting zoo." Yes that's instruments!
The audience can enjoy the music inside the pavilion, where there is seating provided, or under the stars on the nearby lawn -- picnics are encouraged with bottled water for at intermission.
A voluntary contribution of canned or boxed foodstuffs, or sundries or even cash for the Ecumenical food pantry would be welcomed.
