Lombardo named Liverpool Senior of the Week

This week's Liverpool High School Senior of the week, Chloe Salvie Lombardo, has a thirst for helping others as the president of Becca's Closet, a program that collects and distributes prom and formal gowns to girls who cannot afford them.

When she isn't volunteering, Lombardo excels in the classroom as a Business Honors Society, National Honor Society student and DECA member, who has also received several English awards. Her favorite subject in school is math.

Lombardo is also a varsity tennis player, a member of Seneca River Softball and the captain of the girls' LHS tennis team.

Her awards extend outside the classroom as she was named the Elks Student of the Month for community service, Student of the Month-Integrity.

In her free time, Lombardo enjoys participating in the LHS Ski Club, shopping and hanging out with friends. She also enjoys playing tennis recreationally.

While her activities are plenty, Lombardo still has time to work at Twin Trees 57 in Bayberry.

Lombardo said her grandfather has influenced her the most as he has supported through many things in life.

"From his life experience and accomplishments, he has been able to show me different aspects of life and advise me to move in a positive direction," Lombardo said.

After high school, Lombardo said she would like to attend St. John Fisher College and study pharmacology.
