Parking enforcement will continue through the winter and the village will honor the new dump stickers for residents parking at the meters from 8 to 11 a.m. The parking stations are closed until April 1, but the two-hour parking zone (south end) in the village municipal lot is still enforced, as well as the metered spots on the street. Arrests for the week:

Kevin R. Griffin, 30, of 113 W. Fairfield Drive, Salisbury, Md., was charged Jan. 22 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and speeding.
