Tosha A. Miles, 24, of Washington Ave., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant Jan. 4 for allegedly failing to complete community service on a disorderly conduct charge. Miles will appear Jan. 8.

Justin M. Meyers, 25, of Conifer Dr., Canastota was charged Jan. 5 with petit larceny. Meyers is alleged to have shoplifted merchandise from WalMart. He will appear Jan. 15.

Brian A. Ostrander, 23, of W. Railroad St., Oneida was charged Jan. 6 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, inadequate exhaust and unlawful possession of marihuana. He will appear Jan. 15.

Michael A. Bombard, 18, of Washington Ave., Oneida was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of criminal mischief in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree. Bombard is alleged to have intentionally damaged a door by kicking and breaking the door and to have kicked and choked a woman. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail to appear Jan. 8

Jan. 8

Joshua A. Reedy, 19, of Perkins Rd., Massena was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. Reedy is alleged to have forcibly touched the private areas of a female under the age of 15 for sexual gratification. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $1,000 to appear Jan. 8. Madison County Sheriff's Department assisted with the investigation.

Daniel C. Vaccaro, 36, of Foster Corners Rd., Durhamville was charged on Jan. 7 with petit larceny and trespass. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from WalMart and to have entered WalMart after being previously banned. He will appear Jan. 22.

Christopher M. Derosa, 23, of Sayles St., Oneida was arrested Jan. 8 on a charge of petit larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from WalMart. He is scheduled to appear in Oneida City Court Jan. 8.
